Fresh Jersey milk direct from our local dairy farmers means Australian farm fresh goodness in every scoop!
Because we source our milk direct from farm, we’re able to work with raw, unprocessed Jersey milk and turn it into the freshest of ice cream, all with minimal intervention. We’re dedicated to using real, natural ingredients for every ice cream that calls for that real ingredient flavour. It’s our very own paddock to plate story. Wherever we can, we source Australian ingredients, but when we can’t, it’s our job and our guarantee to make sure they’re of the highest quality, no matter their origin.

THE DIFFERENCE
Did you know that we strategically have a small batch manufacturing philosophy? That means all our ice creams come to you fresh, they haven’t spent long periods of time in storage. We rigorously support the Australian dairy industry and buy direct from local farms. Using this unprocessed milk means our numoo products are minimally processed and the numoo range caters for everyone! Gluten free, vegan and halal profiles are important and every one of the numoo products that makes these claims has been certified. To say we’re passionate creatives is an understatement, but these hard-won top Dairy Industry awards sum it up for us – Australia’s Best ice Cream, and Grand Champion Dairy product.

We used to meet our market with a range of exciting and highly sought after product brand names. They were the amalgamation of our pursuit to acquire or develop excellence via the best possible ice treats. Things evolve and now it’s time to tie them altogether and give them a little facelift under the umbrella product brand – numoo. Is the flavour the same? Yep. Recipes? Of course. Mouthfeel and texture? You got it. All the same. So what’s changed? The brand, the name we bring our products to you is now numoo. There’s also the new support we offer to help you grow your business. But that’s it, that’s all that’s nu.
